Refund/Cancellation Policy:
If you wish to change or cancel a pending order, you may call or email us with the change. Once an order is shipped, we can no longer change it or offer refunds unless it is returned to us, bags unopened, and postage paid. If you provide an incorrect shipping address and your order is returned to us, you will gladly resend it if you provide the correct address and postage.
