Crapola Granola Ingredients

Crapola – What is it?

Crapola is cranberry apple granola, a ready-to-eat breakfast cereal.  It’s a combination of five organic grains, nuts, and dried fruit, lightly sweetened with maple syrup and honey.  Crapola is mixed by hand, oven roasted, and packaged fresh in zip-seal bags.

Possibilities:
Crapola is designed as a cold cereal, to be enjoyed with milk or yogurt.  Customers sometimes tell us of other ways they incorporate it as an ingredient in cookies, a dessert topping, mixed with fruit, or plain as a snack.  There are no rules.

Number Two – What is it?

Number Two is cranberry orange granola.  Much like our original Crapola flavor, this handmade granola is intended to be enjoyed with milk or yogurt.  Number Two is made with certified gluten-free oats, and does not contain nuts.  If you have very strong allergies to nuts or severe celiac sprue, it’s important to note that this recipe is made in the same bakery as our original recipe.  We do not have a separate gluten-free, nut-free facility at this time.

Number Two Ingredients
Certified gluten-free rolled oats, honey, brown rice syrup, organic sweetened dried cranberries (organic cranberries, organic evaporated cane juice, organic sunflower oil), canola oil, organic millet, organic flax seed, organic oat bran, organic puffed brown rice, rice bran, freeze-dried orange peel, orange extract (alcohol, water, orange oil), cardamom.

Allergen Statement: contains almonds and pecans.  May contain shell fragments.  Made in a facility that processes wheat, tree nuts, and peanuts.
