Organic whole grain rolled oats, honey, almonds, maple syrup, organic rolled barley, organic rolled rye, expeller-pressed safflower oil, organic sweetened dried cranberries (organic cranberries, organic evaporated cane juice, organic sunflower oil), pecans, organic sunflower seeds, unsulphured dried apples, organic puffed brown rice, organic millet flour, organic sesame seeds, organic flax seed meal.
